Returns and Refund

The products are not eligible for refund due to the hygiene and consumable properties of our products. Our products are eligible for returns only if you have received a damaged or tampered product. To return the product, we demand an unboxing video and images of the damaged product. Also include the details like inside and outside batch numbers, order details, and invoice numbers for better assistance. The return would be dispatched once the tampered parcel has been inspected and went through the quality checks. We will schedule a pick-up for you and you have to include the address, phone number, and pick-up spot. We advise you to not accept the product in damaged condition. If in a case, the required product is out of stock then the refund would be generated to the source of payment. The return should be made within a 24-48 hours time frame of receiving the order and we will process it in 48-72 hours. If any freebie is included with the order it is to be returned as well.
